Old Star Building – Winchester, VA

Brian Wishneff & Associates has been engaged by Oakcrest Properties, Inc. of Winchester, VA to manage the tax credit process for its renovation of the Old Star Building in downtown Winchester.  This will be the second project that BW&A has worked on with Oakcrest.
