Brian Wishneff & Associates has been engaged by the San Dimas Redevelopment Agency in San Dimas, California to manage the federal historic tax credit process related to their renovation of the historic Walker House. This work will include the required financial and legal structuring as well as syndication of the tax credits. For more information on this project.
