Associate

Sandra joined BW&A in 2025 where she helps manage a variety of historic tax credit and in-house development projects on behalf of the firm.  She also provides specific guidance on construction, design and adaptive re-use issues for projects. Prior to joining BW&A, Sandra worked for a national Architecture & Engineering company in Philadelphia, with leading roles in the planning, design, and construction of a diverse set of projects ranging from the adaptive re-use of a textile mill into R&D Labs, to the ground-up construction of large-scale manufacturing facilities. Sandra received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University and Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.  She was an active volunteer with the Community Design Collaborative in Philadelphia. Sandra now lives in Brooklyn and enjoys exploring small towns and cities across the U.S. in her spare time.
