Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries has a satellite campus in Topton, Pennsylvania, which includes the Old Main Building. DLSM is renovating this facility to house some of its senior administration, a large event space rental, and several other smaller tenants including a bank, museum and a doctor’s office. BW&A is managing both the federal and state historic tax credits that are going to be generated by this project.
