Director of Asset Management

Mrs. Brock joined BW&A team in 2018. She is responsible for completing accounting, compliance, and asset management duties related to BW&A’s tax credit investment and real estate development portfolio. Kaitlynne supports the team in all aspects of a property’s life cycle from initial underwriting through closing, construction, operations and potential exit. Kaitlynne began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Assurance practice. She spent the last six years at Willis Towers Watson in their Human Capital and Benefits group. There, she consulted with clients to help solve their complex focused on critical executive talent. 

Kaitlynne holds a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. She resides in Arlington, VA and is married with two young children.
