Dave joined the BW&A team in 2025. He is responsible for compliance and risk management across BW&A’s tax credit investment and real estate development portfolio. Dave supports the team in all aspects of a property’s life cycle, from underwriting to exit. Dave was most recently the Senior Asset Manager at a LIHTC syndicator/CDFI. Prior to that, he worked as an asset manager at a full-service specialty finance firm. He graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Missouri – Saint Louis. He lives in St. Louis, MO with his wife and three boys.
