Brian Wishneff & Associates is pleased not announced that it has been engaged by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission to provide an analysis and recommendation related to a number of historic properties within the Commission territory. This analysis will provide analysis both on financial incentive and tax credit opportunities as well as potential future uses for the buildings.
