Erik Wishneff from BW&A will be a speaker at the upcoming 26th Annual Virginia Preservation Conference to be held in Winchester, VA on September 25-27, 2011 and will be speaking on the use of historic tax credits in downtown redevelopment and New Urbanism community planning.
