We will evaluate the needs and “wish list” of your organization and provide a comprehensive analysis of all potential locations. Once the “wish list” is developed, our firm will solicit interest from relevant entities that may have sites that meet our clients needs. BW&A will help clients evaluate each prospective site and negotiate financing incentives that may be available to attract new businesses to these localities. Whether you are looking for assistance on a local, regional or national basis, we can help. BW&A has assisted numerous other clients with variety of real estate and economic development activities. These services have included defining a mission as part of the creation of the  Carilion Biomedical Center in Roanoke, Virginia which involved the creation of the new biomedical entity and negotiating a three-way higher education partnership between Virginia Tech, Carilion Health Systems and the City of Roanoke, VA.  Other roles have included feasibility studies, corridor studies, and economic impact studies.
