Tampa JCC – Armory Renovation – Tampa, FL

Brian Wishneff & Associates was recently engaged by the Tampa JCC/Federation, Inc. to manage the tax credit process for its rehabilitation of a former armory in Tampa, Florida.  The project will include a community center containing event space, a fitness and wellness center, preschool, pool, gym and meeting space.  It will also offer health screenings and programs.  For more information on the project, please visit the Tampa JCC website here.
