Office Manager

Kim joined BW&A in 1999 and attended Virginia Tech and Virginia Western Community College. Past positions include fifteen years with the Roanoke City’s Office of Economic Development and as part of the Hotel Roanoke Conference Center Commission. With BW&A, Ms. Duncan is responsible for the daily operations of the firm including providing customer service to internal and external clients. She creates and updates marketing pieces, general company information, custom client packages and web site development. She resides in Roanoke, Virginia, with her three cats.
