Managing Director of Investments

Adam manages a variety of tax credit syndication and consulting projects throughout the United States.  Adam has successfully helped both for-profit and non-profit clients utilize a variety of tax credit and financial incentive programs.  Prior to joining BW&A in 2008, Adam, a LEED accredited professional, worked for a national planning and architecture firm in Philadelphia, PA where he focused on assisting with the design of LEED registered buildings, sustainable urban design plans and large-scale green plans. Prior to this position, Adam worked for a regional planning commission in Southwestern Virginia where he assisted in the coordination of regional sustainability initiatives. Adam received his degree from Virginia Tech in Public and Urban Affairs.  He is Treasurer for the U.S. Green Building Council SWVA Chapter, a member of the City-Manager appointed Roanoke Clean and Green Committee, and is a member of the Roanoke City Fair Housing Board.  Adam resides in Roanoke, VA and is married with two children.
